Looking for the perfect, family friendly 5K Run?

The 2016 Run This Way Twilight 5K is FUN for all ages and welcomes all levels of runners or walkers on a USATF certified course. The participants will receive cool t-shirts and glow gear, but that’s not all! Starting at 5:30 PM, the Pre-Race Festival will take place and the event will end with a post-race glow concert! These charity walks or races are excellent for those interested in either running or walking for fitness or looking to support a great cause. This year all proceeds from the 5K Run will benefit Street Hope.

Why We Do This

Street Hope is a ministry of newhope church in partnership with newhope Kenya and was founded by Pastor Amy Lynn Kelley and her daughter, Anna Grace, with the mission of offering hope and changing lives by helping create alternate income generating businesses for individuals to allow them to escape the sex trade industry in Eastern Africa. It exists to bring hope to the streets by offering hope and healing for those caught in the sex industry due to poverty in Eastern Africa. The foundation offers alternative income generating activities and business training, combined with spiritual discipleship and community in a local Christian church! With the 2016 Run This Way Twilight 5K, our participants will not only be running or walking for fitness, they will also be assisting us in our mission of offering hope and changing lives for so many individuals who are escaping the sex trade industry.
